What hours can we access the facility?
You can access your unit anytime, 7 days a week.
Do I need my own lock?
Yes, you need to buy or bring your own lock for your unit. You can buy one on Amazon, Wal-Mart, Home Depot, or Lowe’s.
How do I access my unit?
We will text or call you to give the entry door code for entering the facility.
What can I not store?
You can not store flammable items, perishable items such as liquids or food or anything rodents would be attracted to.
Is there a trash dumpster or trash cans?
No, we do not provide trash receptacles. Please remove all contents from your unit upon vacating.
Other?
Do not smoke inside or near the doorways of the facility as smoke can enter the building.
